The Rommel Papers
Just got done reading “Rommel’s Papers”. The book is Rommel’s own description of the war, both in France and North Africa. After WWI Rommel wrote a book about his war experiences. During WWII he kept notes and detailed information, I’m sure with every intention of publishing another book. When Rommel died he left behind his notes and papers in various ingenious hiding places. I’m glad they were saved, it made a very entertaining and enlightening book.
