The Black Scorpion

Huge earthquake hits Mexico, forming a new volcano. Two geologists Dr. Hank Scott (Richard Denning) and  Dr. Arturo Ramos (Carlos Rivas) are sent to find out just what happened. On the way to the village of San Lorenzo they find a destroyed house and police car creating a new mystery. They soon find the reason for this destruction–giant prehistoric scorpions. It’s not long before these big bugs are on their way to Mexico City and they must be stopped.

This movie is “Them” with scorpions instead of ants, it even follows most of the same plot lines. Enjoyed it–not as much as “Them”.

It good old fashion 50’s Sci-Fi–a must see if you like old science fiction movies—–07-10
